View Full Version : Ballast Gauge
Is it possible to have a gauge for the ballast? I have only had my boat in the water twice now so I may be missing something.
How do I know when the ballast is full other than yelling at someone to check it and tell me if its full yet??:?
Thanks

It will start overflowing out the drain lines overboard.

I also have an xlv with the gravity III ballast. For wakeboarding you probably never need to fill all the way, unless you are pro level riders, or if you give one a pull. What you will find is how you like the shape tailoredto how you ride. Just drive the boat at wakeboard speeds while adjusting the ballast and plate. It will take a little practice and every rider is different.
The only time I load mine up is for surfing. If you haven't tried it behind your boat, you need to learn. That boat was built for surfing. In my opinion.
