Rad-A-Cage tow point bushing

Has anyone been able to find a replacement tow point nylon bushing (spool) for a Moomba XLV with rad a cage tower? 1&1/4in ID. Mine is old and dry rotten looking and I would like a fresh new one.

If yours is anything like mine I would imagine you could spin the topper off, remove (ok break off) the old bushing, replace it with a little piece of 1-1/4" PVC and be on your way.
