Replacement speedo pick up

I have a 1998 outback with one broken speedo pick- up. Does any one know where to find a replacement (airguide non paddle wheel). There is a dealer about an hour from where I live but I don't like the guy much and it's a pain in the neck to get to his shop.

Some good and bad news. The bad news is Airguide went out of business a few years back so there is probably a good chance the dealer doesn't have any more in stock and if he does have one you may need to be a friend to him just one more time. The good news is Discount Inboard Marine sells a replacement but you will have to drill new mounting holes. I broke my pickup a few years back and I was lucky to find a dealer who still had one. Ebay may have some also.

I was hoping to get the same one for the replacement because the ones that I have found require drilling. If the old holes don't line up with the holes in the new bracket what should I fill them with?
