Access to ballast pumps

I want to change the impellers on the ballast pumps on my '13 OBV and I know they are located behind the back wall of the port side locker but what is the trick to get that back wall off? It seems there are some type of clips holding it in place and I can't figure out how to get them off.

I thought ss screws held it?

Not on mine.......there are no screws visible - I thought I had seen a post some time back where someone removed that wall to access and move their pumps but I cannot seem to find it by searching.
