Replace Carpeting With EVA Foam

Hi, I'm thinking of replacing all of the carpet in my '16 Mondo with EVA foam, I like that look in the newer boats.
What company does Moomba use for that? Are there companies that can supply all of the pieces I need based on my boat model?

Pros? cons?
