Well I guess I will start it lol
I don’t wakeboard but the Max throws a nice clean wake even without ballast. This seems good for beginners and kids to learn on without the fear of a big massive wake when running ballast.

Great video haknslash! I just pulled out the new Max for some service and cleaning and didn’t realized the size difference between my Kamberra. I’m having to expand the shed to handle it.

I do wakeboard a bit and the Max wake is pure SUGAR! Underrated for its performance—sleeper.

Can I see what the wake looks like with ballast full? Also, slammed with some extra weight on top of factory ballast?? I'd love to see what kind of wakeboard wake you can get with that thing!!

Dude, it’s righteous. Little more speed needed. But Autowake and wakeboarding are like peas and carrots.

All I have with ballast were quick Instagram clips while draining ballast heading to the dock.

I don’t have a pics or vids but I wakeboard with 4,100 total pounds in my 2020 Mojo and the wake is massive! The bump where the tea wakes converge behind the boat is easily 6 feet high. The wake is really nice and not too steep.
I got up for a 7am ski this weekend with frost on the boat cover and fogged in. Got out later in the day for a surf, air temp 59 water temp 63. Sadly we decided to pull the boat, lift and dock.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201006/368e96ad0a74cc5d1841514dcc50a0f0.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201006/4056c8041cf9a64bcb30c66b681b0451.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201006/c39b7f5840b27a7b3b4e7b2ecf39a41b.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201006/dd9009fbd30c8e563158deb477b1dad7.jpg

Well you just confirmed that my 3rd garage bay will not handle anything bigger without serious modifications. LOL
Sadly we only have a couple weeks left until we take the boat out for the year. This was our first year with this new boat and it was fantastic. We put about 60 hours on it this year and Autowake was fantastic for wakeboarding and good for surfing. What a huge improvement over my last Supra (which was also good)

Beautiful ride. I see u have the registration decals. I took delivery of my boat in early June and still don't have mine. Spoke to my dealer on Saturday and all they know is the state is way behind, no date when I will get them.

we got our boat early july. dnr had stickers for us in a week even tho they said we had 90 days. they "suggested" coming in and getting it done. they are open but you have to stand outside in the heat social distancing waiting and only 1 person at a time inside.
I still don't have plates on the trailer. car next to me at 711 yesterday had temp tag exipired on 3/20/2020. I see a dozen cars every day that don't have plates. it's everywhere here and cops don't seem to care right now.
don't try to go to mead tho without their sticker since it's a national park. no sticker, no entrance. they don't care about boat or trailer license.. but better have their sticker....

I'm a pro. Had both shoulders done last year. I was surfing 4 weeks post op. Good Dr. and good PT got me back as close to baseline as possible. Good luck on your recovery. Knees suck, but don't become afraid of re-injury. Everyone I know gets scared and becomes less active, which produces more problems.
And, who needs pornhub when I have 2021 boat builders. I prefer boat porn. At least I can touch a boat and ride one!!!

I had 5 cm of biceps tendon removed, labral repair, and some bone sculpting. My doc is one of the few that does a new procedure which uses suturing to the periosteum versus screwing the tendon to bone.
I wasn’t supposed to be surfing, but I did. Couldn’t swim worth a damn, and I was able to roll off the deck to start, versus water start. By 8 wks I could manage the rope and do a full swim stroke. It wasn’t without discomfort.

Roger that. Sounds like a tenodesis of some sort. That makes more sense. I deal mostly with cuff repair, and NOBODY surfing after that for quite a while.

Yes it’s dead clean on both sides if I would stay in the middle. I am 230 pounds so when I pull on the boat it definitely rolls it over. There’s not a boat in the world that would stay clean on both sides when fat boy gives it a tug!

You can set one of the display parameters to be the smart plate or go on the other screen. We set ours as one of the user defined parameters on the home screen. Can't remember what year Max you got but I'm sure both the small and large screens have the info.

Yup they were being respectful and staying back. I let them jump on them for a bit and they saw I had the camera out. Normally if this were in the peak of summer I’d be stopping and letting them know to get off my wake but with the season coming to an end and they were hanging back I didn’t mind it. They jumped for a bit and then gave a wave as the zoomed off.

1. Lake lice
2. Tooner's
3. Speedboats (akin to #1)
4. LEO's that do nothing but harass people not using flags when swimming in a cove on a deserted lake
5. Anything pulling a tube within 500 ft of the ramp
6. Bass tracker A-holes who can't pick a spot to fish for more than 2 minutes (akin to #3)
7. LEO's that only harass wake boats just because we're assumed to be trash
8. Any boaters who float in the channel endlessly blocking traffic (see #2)
9. Anyone who waits to load their boat until it is tied to the launch side of the dock at the ramp (see #2, #4, #5, #7, and #8.)

No, not at the distance so long as they're not riding my ass on the main (first) wake. I didn't have an issue with them that day and actually raised my wake plate up to amplify the wake a little more for them. It's a completely different story though if I have a surfer or someone in the water being towed behind the boat though. We do all we can to avoid boats and if someone on a PWC is jumping in the waves behind the surfer then we stop or alter course and flag them off to leave. If they don't leave then that's when stuff starts to hit the fan and escalate if need be. Otherwise I don't have an issue with them riding at the distance in my pic. If water patrol spots them in the act it's on them as technically they could be cited. It's not uncommon to see the water patrol have a PWC pulled over on our lake.
Alabama law regarding PWC's:
A personal watercraft shall at all times be operated on the waters of this state in a reasonable and prudent manner. Maneuvers which endanger life, limb, or property, or create a public nuisance shall all constitute the reckless operation of a vessel, including but not limited to the following: weaving through congested vessel traffic at high speed; following closely behind within the wake of a vessel towing a person or persons on water skis, surfboard, or other water sport device; jumping the wake of another vessel traveling in the same direction in close proximity to the vessel; cutting between a boat and the person or persons being towed by that boat; crossing at right angles in close proximity to the stern of another vessel or when visibility around the other vessel is obstructed; or steering a vessel toward any object or person in the water and turning sharply at close range so as to spray the object or person.

Do you still have your boat listed for sale? The "PT" was pretty fun and the soreness was not too bad the following day.
Yeah, the boat is still listed. I've had a few offers that weren't worth my time through OnlyInboards.
A brokerage firm called Pop Yachts came out this past Saturday for a photo & video shoot at no cost to me. (They don't get paid unless they find a pre-qualified buyer)
I've resigned myself to the fact that I waited too long and missed my window in the summer.
It's all good though, I still love my boat and there's nothing wrong with it. We'll see what happens in another year or so.
I think I let myself get caught up in the new boat frenzy but in all honesty I'm not really sold on spending six figures for a Mojo, I'd rather wait till I can move up to a Supra.
