2010 Mobis LSV - looking for the in line fuse for bilge pump

I have tried to locate the in line 3 amp fuse on my boat. Pump will not run with switch in on position nor when I use the test knob on the back of the bilge! I have pulled the pump and it runs when hooked up to the battery using both the float switch wire energized and the switch engaged. And the pump works when connected direct to the battery using the manual pump wire? Checked continuity on the switch seems to be ok, got 0.2 ohms of resistance / OL with switch in the off position. so the next check (actually the first tried) is to find the in line fuse. wires go into wiring harness and then the routing is rediculous and can not find the IN LINE FUSE - getting frustrated! The fuse should be under the dash with all the other ones, no?

If I recall I had a bad pump that was blowing fuses and it was under the dash along side the ballast pump fuses and all.
