Swift Volume app

I can’t get the app to work on my 2018 Craz Fusion radio. We use Spotify for the music and connect using Bluetooth. Swift Volume setting is 30% low speed volume, 100% high speed volume and trigger speed is 5mph for surfing. It doesn’t reduce the volume when I slow down. Help?... The GPS speed readout is working on the app. Radio volume is set at a high volume.

The only way it works for me is to set the low volume below 5%. I set it to 0%. So basically it mutes when picking up riders.

Its been working flawlessly for me... I set trigger speed at 9mph though. It is probably having a hard time at 5mph when you are picking someone up.
