Ballast Question

I have a 2018 Supra SL450, I am having some issues with my ballast. The ballast overflows before it shows 100%. I have tried re-calibrating the ballast but I still have the issue. Does anyone know a definitive way of knowing that the ballasts are completely empty? This is a sub-ballast system so there is no bag to check.

You can listen to the pumps. They sound different when they’re empty. Otherwise, empty on trailer so you know.
