Fitting in front ballast tank cracked

I've got a '16 Mondo. The bottom fitting on the bottom ballast tank appears cracked and has a very slow leak. It looks like the fitting where the hose Barb elbow screws is cracked.

Is there anyway to fix this without taking it to the dealer? There isn't much room to with through that tiny access hole.
