How about meet halfway, the SL. Its right in between. I do like the hull design of the SA though. That boat looks killer. The SE hull, very nice, but not sure about the "nose" design at the front. I'm sure a lot of people love it, just a personal taste. I call it a nose as I'm not sure what to call it. Design is similar to the pre-2020 SA. I prefer the smoother lines at front of SL and '20 SA. The new SA looks so beefy in person though. If I had a chance to go back and to do it again, I'd do the SA instead.
Otherwise, the interiors can be setup pretty much the same in all 3 models, just more interior space as the boat gets bigger and the upholstry pattern. I don't think there is a feature in SE u cant get in the smaller SA. So really your choice should be based on exterior hull design and size. Oh, and spray pattern.

SE won’t fit in an 8 foot door, SA will, that is the decision maker for me personally.
