This question is definitely a little late for this holiday weekend but I am wondering if anyone knows the best way to mount flags to the pro tower to fly while underway?
Hopefully I can get this sorted out for Labor Day!

Big Air is the mount I am considering.

I have the aluminum mount from Airhead.....it used to be way cheaper so I'm guessing they don't make it anymore.

Does anyone know the OD of the tubing on the Pro Tower? Lol
I just put the boat up yesterday.... I can always run back over there but figured I would ask first.

Our boat is new to us (2017 Mondo) so I'm not entirely sure if I have the pro tower but I can say that our tower is 2-3/8" (2.375") dia. I ordered a set of these and use one of them for the flag on the top bar above the bimini. The shaft of the flag fits perfectly through the hole in the bracket. I added a little stopper on the flag shaft so that it sits in the hole a couple of inches. Works great for us and looks much better, IMHO, than the purpose-built stuff on the market.

28772You have the Roswell A3 tower on your Mondo, the Pro tower wasn't available till 2019....it's the Supra tower before the FX One.

So you need a flag pole with a 0.44” diameter?

Gotcha, thank you. I guess the concept still holds whatever the tower diameter ends up being.
Or there abouts. I had planned on drilling the hole to whatever size works for the flag but in our case, it worked perfectly with the wood dowel portion of the flag shaft. The plastic surround on the shaft is much bigger but there was no need to drill out the bracket for that.

Most flag poles for a 3x5 flag are around 1” diameter.

Not the ones I've owned, apparently. All of the flags I've owned have small, 1/2" dia or less flag shafts.
We are talking skier's flag, correct?

Ahh makes sense for a Skier’s flag.
Honestly not sure if the OP is talking Skier’s flag or 3x5 flag, but because he brought it up on the 4th of July, I assumed American flag 3x5.

Ya I was talking about an American Flag 3 x 5. That seems like a good option for a skiers flag though.

I used a 1" pipe for my 3x5' flag. I wrapped the base of the pipe with a few layers of gorilla tape to eliminate any rattles and ensure sung fit in the flag holder.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200709/4c2a6090d711dc62e668c23081678ef1.jpg

If you mean specifically the attachment of the flag, it is traditionally tied with a stocked knot. For this purpose, the flag should have loops, if they`re absented, it isn`t difficult to make (tie) yourself. If you're interested in mounting a flagpole - aluminum or stainless steel mount will do. I chose the second option for myself. Also, I installed a best flagpole light (https://www.amazon.com/Flagpole-Energy-Battery-Illumunation-Vont/dp/B00YBDA7DC/) on my flagpole. If you need additional illumination and saving money at the same time - that’s great option. This light is solar powered, very reliable at night, cause it doesn`t go down, and has no service troubles.

I got my flag poles and mounts from
https://www.towerflags.com/?gclid=Cj0KCQiAuvOPBhDXARIsAKzLQ8H9qeNBtRg2JMsUKyy s9XQItM_-9X6Hmw_ve7oWZzGOSd4bEevs1g8aApJ-EALw_wcB
for my boat a few weeks ago and installed them. I also received dock post mounts for when my boat is on the lift and installed them today.

Those are sharp looking. Those flag poles look like some stiff carbon fiber too.

Ian from Tower Flags is a good dude and does a great job. I have a few versions of his flag poles on my boat.

Tower flag holder is legit.
3D printed, but stout. With a little sanding and paint it would be even better.
Just a heads up on the fxone application, take the pole out when folding the tower.
