Ballast pump issues

My Rear starboard ballast bag did not fill completely last time out and for a while I could not fill or empty it. Surfed for a while then seemed to be ok by end of day. Thinking maybe the intake may have been clogged? Where is the actual intake to check for clogs? I did not see it on outside of hill near the fill port.

The intake would be one of the thru hulls on the bottom of the boat. What boat do you have? Do you have aerator pumps or reversible? If reversible pumps, the impeller could be damaged.

2019 Helix - only about 30 - 40 hours on the boat
