cigarette lighter not working - breaker isn't tripped

Please help me out here! Both 12v cigarette lighter ports no longer work and the rear Nav light no longer works. I have a 2003 Outback and they both worked until i put a usb charger into them. Now, neither work and the breaker has not tripped. The only thing plugged in was an iPhone, and both have been used to fill fat sacs so I know they can handle the juice. Thoughts???

Get out your meter or test light and start before the breaker, after the breaker and trace out the wires. Don't think anything is OK until tested. Like the Covid for boats.
