I'm sure it's been talked about plenty, but I have the Raptor 6.2L, which has do I want to run? My options local are 87 no ethanol or 89 or 91 with ethanol.

This is from the Moomba Manual:

Indmar 6.2L Engines
Use a gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 89. See engine
owner’s manual for more information.

Indmar Marine Engines Manual:

6.2L Indmar Engines 89 Octane

I believe I read somewhere that the fuel can only have a maximum of 10% ethanol.

89 with up to 10% ethanol.

Do not run 87.

If you run 10% ethanol use startron

or stabil 360 marine.

ymmv but for us over the last 14 years we use 89 and don't worry about ethanol in the summertime. a tank or 2 before winter we switch to premium non ethanol as that gas will lay up better than ethanol blended fuels over the winter. does not negate the need to run a gas prep like sta-bil for storage tho.
we don't use treatments during the summer as it's a waste of monies if you are using the boat every couple of weeks. these are just glorified car engines.
