What’s up everyone...... I’m about to build a garage for my mojo2.5 and was wondering what size your garage doors are? Do most people fold they’re towers down before they back in?
Looks like if I fold my tower I can get away with a 8’ door and would need at least a 10th door to leave the tower up. Any advice or pics would be appreciated

I have a 9' door and I have to fold the tower down. Not sure it would fit in an 8' door but I'm not positive on that. 11' would be the shortest door I would be able to get mine in w the tower up.

I don't have a Mojo but it would likely be less than 9' with tower folded and not sure on board racks. The tallest boat they make is the Max and without board racks and tower folded it can fit within 9'. With tower up would require at least an 11' door. If building a garage for a boat I'd build it as tall as you can just to kind of future proof it for most boats you may want in the future.

Most moombas require a 9ft door with tower folded.

Supras (SR,SA,SL, not SE) can fit in 8 foot door if you pull the board racks.

I have backed a 2014 2.5 in an 8 foot garage many times. Works fine.

If you have a 10’ wide door, does that leave ? 6” ? on each side?

I'm with Hack on this one. My Mojo needs a 9ft door, I have the S tower, even if I pulled the racks it would not fit in my 8' door. Had I been building now, I would put in at least 9', no question. Wasn't a wakeboat owner back then. I mean, why not, it'll be a marginal extra cost to have the peace of mind you'll have the extra room if you ever need it.

Thanks for the reply’s everyone I have the foundation already poured its a 32x40 three bay with 10’ wide doors. I’m about to order the lumber and was trying to decide between 10’ or 12’. I’m thinking I’m going to go 12’ walls with a 11’ door.

My door is 12’ wide and 9’ tall. I lower tower and board racks “brush” the seal around the door opening at top. The 12’ wide is more than enough. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200412/c1f3e91c1a1efc60c8b0f87af044adf5.jpg
