in the last week:
our z3 sold in a day.
local xlv sold in a day.
mb 22tomkat in phx sold in a day.

if you find a boat in the last couple of days still for sale put a deposit on it asap. if the ad is over a month old, it's gone unless they really didn't want to sell it.

it's 100% a sellers market and inventory is lean.
