Roswell swivel pin holder

I have a 2015 Mojo and the pin holder for the swivel rack finally gave up and broke. It’s that rubber piece that holds the pin so it doesn’t fall in the lake when you pull it out of the wakeboard rack. Any ideas how to replace that rubber cable?
