She’s home!! Hopefully our warming trend keeps it up but I bet we’re do for one more freeze. Thanks to my dealer for all the questions and running me though Autowake today.

Time to get it all figured out starting with my reverse pin on my truck didn’t lock my brakes out. Hopefully it’s just a simple fuse. Quick nickel and tape to the rescue as the brakes work very well! Glad I found out at home and not at the ramp.

Whoa, that's a beaut! Wasn't sure how that green would look on the main panel of a boat, but I have to say, that looks good. the green accent really pops. You're gonna be turning a lot of heads at the lake and towing her down the road.
Has anyone noticed this, when driving down the road with these boats with really striking colors, people in other cars just strain themselves starring at the boat. They are real attention getters. Cant stop at a gas station without someone approaching me to ask about the boat.
Enjoy it.
How bout pics of the interior colors.

question I have been asked the most while filling up at a gas station? "how fast does she go".......
unless it's another boat owner gassing up his bass boat. then all I get is "$hit. you're heading up too.. there goes the glass".......

I saw a few heads turning on the way home. Our neighbor about 1/8 mile down the road instantly noticed it. Yep gas stations and boat ramps get a ton of attention.

Our kids approved! They couldn’t wait to play in it last night. And I’m sure the neighbors appreciated us testing out the sound system. It didn’t disappoint!

Very nice. Like it. The green welt on gray background is a nice accent touch. That MAkai is an awesome boat. I was really considering the Makai but was concerned about the size and fitting in garage. It really is nice to have all that room though, that bow is huge. If u guys entertain friends it'll be awesome to not worry about storage space.

We originally looked at a Max for all the storage and size, but the Makai won us over with a little more room and a few more features. Its a big boat, but we always limited who could come in our older boat so that wont be the case now, and the kids are only getting bigger. The nice thing is even with the large crew we won't have any issues with storage.

Blown fuse on the truck for the backup light pin so that was easy. I don’t have any other trailers that have reverse lights or a lock out so never noticed it.

Really awesome color combo. Maybe it’s time to paint the tow vehicle bright green??? Just sayin.

That would get some attention! Truck sort of matches being white already, I'll have to pull it out this weekend, test the brakes and get a good truck boat combo pic.

We'll probably leave them black to match the tower since we added the green accents to the tower already.

Couldn’t resist waxing and sealing it over the weekend. She’s ready to shine on the water. Mighta even gave the trailer a little shinning. Now just waiting on numbers to come in to go with the bright orange stick they picked this yr for registration [emoji37] Ah well Warner weather is coming soon or at least soon enough for my wetsuit [emoji41][emoji2101]

Also pulled it out this weekend to test the brake lock out with a new fuse. Worked perfectly.

Forgot to post a truck pic the first day

If you ever blow that fuse again, boatmate should have given you the key that locks out the reverse mechanism. Snaps in, no tape needed.

The key was missing from the owners packet. No big deal now that I know which fuse it is and put spares in the truck. I actually know why it’s blow. One of our old trailers keep having grounding issues so I added a second ground to it using the reverse pin (the older trucks/trailers never used it, was always blank) so it’s that trailer that blew the fuse. Now I just need to remember to fix that trailer next time I use it. Typically only use it once a year.
