so over winter i have been looking everything over on my 99 moomba outback ls come to find out there is a little bit of side to side play in my rudder also this summer it seemed like the bilge was filling up alot faster then normal. i pulled the back cover off to see a grease cert so with that being said does this rudder port have packing? how does this system work? how hard is it to re seal rudder port around boat? thanks for your time!
