Outback / Outback LS

I tried searching for an answer, but I can't find it. What's the difference between a 2000 Outback and a 2000 Outback LS?

I'm about 99% certain I'm going with a 2000 Outback LS for my first inboard, and I'm just curious.

Pretty much a trunk on the LS.

The in floor locker came in 2001. In 2001 they came out with a new hull for the LS that was a few inches longer and the old LS just became the plain Outback and is still the same hull today as far as I can tell. I have a 2000 LS and as far as I can tell, the 2000 Outback is the same hull as well as the Kanga. The Kanga and Outback have the same interior but the Kanga obviously has no front seats.

I would definitely recommend the LS just to have a place to store your gear.
