Oil change '97 Moomba Outback V8

Recently bought a 1997 Moomba Outback, Ford V8.
With boat on trailer and on level ground, of coarse motor sits at an angle.
Question: Am I to park trailer with front down hill to pump oil out of pan? Now I did do best I could with this procedure, but motor still had some angle (tilted back). So I'm feeling like I do not have as much oil pumped out as possible.
Any and all help is appreciated.

My 98 Chevy had a drain hose that always worked so I assume you don't have that. I would make the dip stick the lowest point, run the engine to heat the oil and pump out as much as you can.
