Engine whining noise

I'm getting a whining noise from the engine and I'm unable to pinpoint where's its coming from. By chance has anyone come across anything similar? I have replaced the fuel filter. 08 Moomba LSV approx. 450 hrs. I'm the original owner.

Attached is a YouTube video of the noise, you'll also here a knocking sound, that was a broken baffle in the muffler I replaced.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Get you a mechanics stethoscope and probe around till you find it. Does the whine change with engine RPMs?

This guy sourced to bad injectors...I tend to doubt that's your problem but the stethoscope will tell for sure.
