Guys my ADD is really bad. I want to get off the Adderall, so before I renew my script, please help me out and buy this boat!

Wakemakerized, heater, 16-16.25 prop, surf pipe, 450/1.76, Hyperryd surf racks (these are SICK). Loaded out; boat rips!

$93,500 let’s talk!

I just don’t know, honestly. Nothing if nobody wants this deal! Probably depends on my mood at that very second. SL, SE.....Pavati.

Just kidding on the Pavati.

Why selling so quickly?

Why selling so quickly?

For fun? I don’t know, honestly. ADD. I have a deal lined up to get into the next category but I certainly don’t have to. I would be happy running it too.

I have sold a couple of real estate deals and am feeling silly. That’s part of it too.

I have had it since last August and have 60 hrs on it too.

What isn't it doing that has you wanting to upgrade? Other than cash burning holes in your pockets.

OP has the bug for a SUPRA!

I didn't think they were worth half again as much.

There is much more to the upgrade from Moomba to Supra other than cosmetics...I've owned both.

There has to be significant structural differences.

Example:
Makai weight 5200# at 24’6” 102 beam
SR 4950# at 21’ 102 beam
SA 5450# at 22’8” 102 beam
MAX 4500# at 22’6” 102 beam
Mojo 4400# at 23’ 100 beam

That really is a good question, where do shorter boats pack that extra 1000 lbs of weight (mojo vs SA). I get that the SA is 1" wider than a Mojo and a little deeper but 1000lbs is a lot of fiber glass. Are the Supra built thicker or something?

I don’t know about the rest of the line, but the difference in build quality from my 2016 supra to my 2019 Makai is negligible. That big fiberglass bulkhead behind the driver is missing in the Makai, Accounting for some of the weight. Other than that I wouldn’t know what the differences are. The vinyl is the same. The grab handles and the brackets for the sliding seat, All of that appears to be much lighter in Makai. There definitely is more plastic in the dash area. But the level of quality and build in Makai is a new high for Moomba.

It does everything I need it to do, and in some ways it’s almost a little better. I would say surfing performance of the supra is better out of the box because of its extra weight, and the swell 3.0 system. There are some creature comfort and aesthetic advantages to supra.

The main answer is, I have cash burning a hole in my pocket at this point. There is no great reason.

At under 100K, Makai cannot be touched if you want a big boat.

My opinion!

I would not be surprised to learn that the foam is lighter, the paneling is later, the seats are definitely not as deep. The electronica components of the dash are a lot less. Makai is a very very solid, huge, and open concept inside.

Get it before I trade it man! $91500

Now has 62 hrs and nicely reinforced locker walls to prevent the pop-out with the Wakemakers bags. Did that this weekend!

450 motor. I repeat, 450 motor.

Surprised that is not sold. Not many SC boats at dealers to buy (at least not in TN). And your ride has some good upgrades like the board racks . . . . and the 450 motor.

Heck the tweaks are worthwhile too! Raised up ballast sensors (makes computer work right with WM bags) and nicely reinforced the locker walls to not pop out.

Ok fine that’s not that much but that crap takes time! [emoji1787]

Alternator recall is donezo as well. If anyone wonders.

What do you mean by raised ballast sensors? I have the bigger wakemakers bags in my Makai.

Thanks,
Eric

There is a vent sensor where your pumps are mounted on the back wall. Designed with the factory bags. Once water hits it, it shuts off the flow.

By raising the sensor with the bigger bags, it allows them to fill w/o stopping. There was a pic on Facebook about it. Pretty sure Mitch did the post.
