I have a 08 outback and am having problems getting it to start. I have to crack the throttle wide open to get it to start most 0f the time. Once I get the boat started it runs fine. I believe it may be the TPS. Has anyone had issues with this on their boat? And if so where did you find the new part and what was the cost?
