I run 1450 Enzo’s in the rear 750 in the front and 300lbs lead I also upgraded the surf plates too the large 2.0’s. Couldn’t be happier https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190506/4ce94831228dec571ba2937f2970e5ab.jpg this was yesterday with just two people in the boat and one cooler

I have the stock bags with a 1100 lbs L shape fat sac that sits in the seats

I assume you have center tank, but do you have a bag under the front seats as well?
Other than that you can add some “lead” bags under the side seats. 500lb split evenly or biased to one aide if everyone surfs the same side.

I was going to go with the Enzo under the rear and I don’t necessarily know what else I would need after that and yes I do have a bag under the bow seats I don’t know the weight but I do have a bag any other tips?

You can upgrade both rears to Enzo’s, but you will lose all storage space if you do. When full they take it all up.

That would be the best wave tho wouldn’t it or is there another possible way?

Yes. But you can do it with “lead” weight too. Takes up a fraction of the space under the seats.

Could you possibly refer me to a website that sells lead weight?

All depends on how many people are on the boat/coolers/gear. And what the wave is doing. If the wave is really tall but short. Yes you will need more weight up front and vice versa. Best bet get the Enzo’s get some lead and play with it see what the boat likes/ what you like. Took us about a season to really dial the wave in

If you can get a hold of some standalone 400 pound ballast bags you can experiment with putting them on the side seats and filling them up to simulate having Enzos in addition to what bags you have now. Then you can see if the wave looks good with just having rear weight or if you need the weight more towards the bow. It’s also nice to have these 400 pound bags with a simple pump that you throw over the side to make adjustments when you have a small crew.

check local dealers as well. the supreme dealer here sells wake ballast brand for $1/pound. $4 cheaper than website when you factor in tax.

I’ve never surfed a Malibu or axis wave but I can tell you I wouldn’t trade my boat on either one of them. I am really happy with my wave and having enough push with just two people on the boat makes it that much better for me
