I'd like to have a small bimini to shade the driver and passenger that is easily removable so I can put the cover on.I have an 03 Outback LS.Looking for recomendations. thank's.
does your ls have a tower.
if so, get the tower bimini, not get the boat/windshield bimini.
either way your dealer can get you one.

No Tower. I'd rather buy somewhere besides the dealer.Any other suggestions? I've seen the factory bimini and it just doesn't look like it's worth $500. jmo
James, there are many places online that sell bimini's. Also Barts and Overtons carry them.

And if they muck up the install, they'll make it right...
.
If you muck it up, what then?

iboats.com has one for $200.For the $300 difference(plus having to got it out if the barn and tow it 40 miles...twice)I'll install it myself.I've drilled plenty of holes already,no problems so far. :D

James,
I bought one from Overton's a couple years ago for a stern drive I had at the time. I bought the sharkskin material. I was very happy with it. It's critical to follow their instructions for measuring width and height though so that you order the right size. Installation is easy. Tip: when drilling holes in the gelcoat, use a sharp drill bit and drill in reverse. It takes longer to drill the hole but you won't chip the gelcoat.
Hope that helps.
