This is one of our customers trailers in Marble Falls, Texas. His boat was unfortunately swept away during our recent floods. He is looking to get rid of the trailer for $1900 and has title in hand. Trailer has been garage kept its whole life and has a little mud on it that can easily be rinsed. Call or text Andrew for more information 512-963-3290

If the mud can easily be rinsed, then why not take 15 minutes and hose it down before taking pics??? I mean, if you want to sell something, why wouldn't you present it accordingly.

You interested in it? If not, I’d say don’t worry about it.

LOL. Yeah, I guess there's no place for constructive criticism to help someone with a sale. Thanks for the amazing advice though. I'll sleep better tonight! LOLOLOLOL

I’m sure he will too knowing that he can wash off that mud and make a sale. Smh. That’s all you have is criticism.

Okay, my intentions weren't to come in here and thread-crap on the for sale ad. It was actually to suggest in all earnestness that if he wants to best respresent the item he's selling that getting better pictures without mud will only help. That will prevent people from making bad assumptions about the care of the trailer, the motivation of the seller, etc. Maybe that's 100% pure common sense and I shouldn't have said anything. But if it was so obvious, then why post muddy pics? I imagine they're the only pics the seller ended up taking, and the poster is a 3rd party. And that the seller has all sorts of other stuff to worry about with probably other flooded possessions. So maybe I'm suggesting something that's not practical. Dunno. Still a valid suggestion aimed at helping.
Really, whether you believe me or not, I did have the best interests of the seller on my mind in trying to suggest better ways to represent his product. Same as if someone posted really blurry horrible pics of a nice boat--I'm sure people would suggest posting better pictures.

Can anyone tell me if this would work with my 03 LSV? Thank you in advanced.

I don't know for sure but i do know the hulls were different in 03. Sorry, i know that doesn't help much. Just trying to get this tread back on track :)

hulls were different but I would bet at that price I could certainly make it "work". some shorter/longer bunks depending on the boat and shims to jack up any low points and it would make do. hulls are different but realistically not that radically different that it wouldn't sit on a trailer. only thing I would really worry about is the angle of the bottom of the boat to sit flat on the bunk but again some metal shims would do wonders.
beats $5k+ for a new one and betting there's a tad bit of obo in that.
and off track, I do agree with Tray in that 5 minutes with a hose would present better but over the years I have learned that some people want to present stuff for sale well and others don't really care. since i'd bet his insurance cashed him out for all the coin and the trailer is just extra pocket money, not much motivation to present well.

X2. Trailers are hard to find. Mods would be simple on the bunks and adjust for the prop guard.

Thank you all for the information. Anything can be made to work with enough money and time. Waiting to hear back from owner.

good luck. shouldn't take a lot of coin but could take some time to shim/adjust bunks to fit...

^^^^ This is what I'm thinking. Big discount vs a new one.
What's the worst case, it does not work and you sell it for the same price you bought it. You lost some time and travel to pick it up.

Agreed. I have text the number twice and no reply.
