Best material for repairing floor?

I have ripped out the carpet and am in the process of cleaning up the floor before putting in the new flooring. I have a few spots that I need to fill in and level a little, nothing major. Any recommendations on what to use? I assume some kind of epoxy. Thanks in advance.

I’d imagine a little bondo from the auto parts store would work fine. Probably easier to sand than an epoxy too

I ended up using PC 11 marine epoxy. Worked great, in case anyone needs something in the future.
