Its been a long time coming, years and years of waiting to be able to purchase a wakeboarding boat. This Saturday I just picked up a 07 Mobius LSV with 131 hours on the motor! Problem is, I took it to one of the only Indmar / Moomba dealerships in Houston to get a full boat service to start everything fresh with paperwork. Service tech looked at the driveline and notice the rear rudder was pushed up into the hull with the fiberglass spider webbing about 6" in all directions, rear cabinets have a dirty waterline where the entire rear of the boat was filled half way with water. Probably happened during hurricane Harvey since the lake it was stored at flooded and in the marina the boat was sandwiched between the tower and the roof. I didnt grab any pictures because whne he was going over a quick assess it started to rain. Needless to say full service and a few minor things + the rear rudder will be at least $6,000 for full repair. BUT i'm still stoked about the purchase and hopefully the repairs dont take too long! More posts and pics to come!

Repair costs are not so big a deal if you got a good deal on the boat. But if you paid market value I’d be a bit upset. Either way, get it fixed and move on and enjoy the boat!

Welcome to the Moomba family. Sorry to hear of the issues to start with, hopefully you can get it repaired and move on and have a great time with it.

Congrats on the new boat. I have an 07 LSV and they are great boats. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Once it's fixed, you're going to love it. (Funny to see a twin boat, our '07 is the same color scheme)

Hey I recognize that boat. My Mojo lives about 3 slips down from where that boat was in the marina. We went down there after Harvey with a generator and got all of the boats back on their lifts. Your boat was still in place on its lift but the water had already started to go down when we where able to get out there so hard to say what exactly happened when the water was at its peak.

First pic is the only one I have that got your boat in it but you can see all of the pontoons floated off and pushed over the dock.

Lol, just looked closer at your pic of loading the boat and that is my golf cart in the back ground. We must have been out on the lake when you picked her up. Congrats!
