Looking for the size of the oil drain hose cap so I can add it to the extractor to change the oil ?

My first guess is 1/4 npt female

With the unit from West Marine, I simply inserted the evacuator tube down inside the oil drain hose and sucked it out. Didn't spill a drop.

I have one thought I needed to create a vacuum seal but I guess that should work

Now which oil for it 5w30 syn blend ?

I use moto-craft 5w30 syn blend on the Raptor, not sure what yours calls for. With the tube, it was a snug enough fit, plus when you begin to pump, it creates the vacuum.

1/4” NPT female is correct. I just did this exact thing Monday. Worked very well.

Also, by using the fitting on the hose you are able to use the full 1/4” diameter of the hose instead of the smaller ID of whatever hose will inside there. Mine drained super fast with the Pela 6000 using this method.
