2015 mondo surf set up

Have a 2015 mondo surf edition and added 1100lb bags in the back that probably fill to 800-900lbs we get a good wave with the surf tabs set at port 65 and starboard at 75 wake plate 3/4 to all the way up and speed around 10.6-7 mph and 4 people in the boat. Just wondering what others have for settings with their mondo as I’m sure the wave could always be better.
