Would this be a good option to power 4 Exile 9” tower cans? It would be to replace an Exile 30.2

Why are you replacing the 30.2? Its more then enough power to run 4 XM9s

I have been running 4 XM9s since 2013 on a 30.2 and never an issue, even my gains are still turned down and trust me when I say my tower is loud. I have more amp left then the speakers can handle.

Because this is the 2nd 30.2 to crap out in as many years. Credit to Exile, last year they sent a replacement, but now the replacement has failed the exact same way as the first. It is frustrating, no fuses blown, not driving it to hard (never into protect mode)....clean inputs and just no output. As you allude to, it powered the cans fine. So, don't want to hi-jack the OP's for sale thread. I may post my own so folks can chime in with thoughts on what this Gremlin may be.

OK thats fine, your post just sounded more like you didn't think the 30.2 could run it.

I’m honestly not sure. I’m not too familiar with the XM9s.

Specs on the amp are as follows...
Specifications:

Stereo @ 4 Ohms: 125 x 4 watts RMS >1.0% THD
Stereo @ 2 Ohms: 200 x 4 watts RMS >1.0% THD
Mono @ 4 Ohms: 400 x 2 watts RMS >1.0% THD
Frequency Response: 20 Hz - 20 KHz
Crossover Range Low Pass: 50 Hz - 250 KHz 12dB/Octave
Crossover Range High Pass: 50 Hz - 250 KHz 12dB/Octave
Input Sensitivity: 0.2 V - 6.0 V

Hope this helps.
