Does anyone know when the website will be updated for the 2019 model builds. I have a Max on order with an expected build date in September sometime and have heard that there are some changes with colours and the layup patterns. I need to lock in colours shortly but I would like to see what options I have.

Waiting on the same from our dealer, looking to build me a Mondo or a Helix.... Told me the new colors should be released August.

Have you called your dealer, they should have the new build site to help you out.

I chatted with SC/Moomba the other day sounds like middle of September it should be updated on the website! I am getting pretty anxious!

This doesn’t help when I have been told I getting a September build. Not a great experience so far when a deposit was paid in June?

Early bird gets the worm! Saying you haven't gotten a great experience seems kind of harsh, knowing you're getting a 2019 and have to wait for the builder.

2019 Supras and Moombas are showing up at dealers and only 2019 boats can be ordered. Every other inboard manufacturer has their 2019 site up. Anyone know when Skiers Choice is going to update their sites?

What other years would you expect to be able to order other than 2019?

According to the Supra and Moomba websites, I should be ordering 2018 boats. lol

Your dealer can option and price a 2019 for you right now.

I think most people on here want to play with the web-boat-builder.

Does the fact SC does not have the web boat builder site up-and-running make you NOT want to buy one?

For the people that wanted the first 19 Moombas and Supras, they already have them.

I do not know if it was planned this way to get buyers to the dealers OR they had a delay in the tools to build the web site OR ???

As crazy as it is, yes, the delay in the website may cause Skiers Choice to lose my business. My dealer does not have a 2019 SE or a 2019 Makai and I want to crawl through the boats. If I can't crawl through it, I at least want to see detailed pictures and videos. My last boat was a Supra and my current boat is a Supra. Unfortunately, Supra has nothing exciting to me so I was set on a G25 until Correct Craft raised the price 10k for 2019 and added a horrible tower. (don't like the HUGE base that blocks the view out of the boat). Supra pulled the 2019 SE and Makai from a hat so I'm now very interested in those. Also starting to check out Centurion (ri237 and ri257). The longer Supra and Moomba delay their websites, the more I'm looking at other boats.

If the modern blocky power towers are a deal killer for you, I am guessing you won’t like the Supra power tower either.

I understand it’s a love it or hate it feature on a wake boat. I personally much prefer the look and function of the 2018+ Supra tower and the 2019 G23 tower is very similar.

Well, I am sure they’re working on it my friend. If you’re ordering boat, you’re on a long term timeline anyway are you not?

I would wait. Makai is very sweet and SE is off the charts. But the builder isn’t going to give you a chance to crawl around in one...?

I still can’t believe the build website isn’t up for the 19 models. My dealer couldn’t show me anything of the new options. I now see the max can have three colours, side decals, possibly new gel coat colours, and new interior fabrics. I believe my 19 Max was built last week. I think it’s pretty sloppy that the web builder is still for 18’s and you can’t even order them? Only new to Moomba boats?????

Best part about Skiers Choice is they do their R&D and make sure it's right before releasing anything. You put your money down on a boat before seeing, crawling through, building online, etc. and now your upset since your boat is built and your not able to render it online. I assure they have someone working on it daily and plan to have it released ASAP. It can't be easy releasing a 2019 lineup and not having a builder up. Can you imagine the messages they must be getting wondering when it's up and that's just people that want to play with it and not buy. Best part of SC is what seems to be a smaller company so they have to pick their battles of what do do and release first. I came from a 12 F21, don't worry you're going to love your decision...

I'm a big fan of Skiers choice. I've owned two Supra boats. I had some issues with one and they took care of me. The boat was perfect after that. I really respect the company, the way it is run, and the products these guys put out. I'm guessing there is some sensitivity to the dealers who still have 2018 boats in stock. If the website becomes all 2019 while some dealers still have a lot of 2018 product, that becomes a problem for those dealers. I'm guessing Skiers choice must be waiting until they hit a tipping point where more 2019 product is on the market vs 2018. That said, they need to do a much better job. Not having a 2019 build site up when people are ordering 2019 boats is pretty inexcusable. I see no reason they can't have both up at once. The team running the website is completely different from the team manufacturing the boats and there is no reason the 2019 site and 2018 site can't run simultaneously. I'm in the market and I refuse to mention that fact to my dealer, who I really love, until the 2019 site is up. I don't want the dealer calling me daily and pressuring me until I can see the 2019 build site. I want to know the boats and options backward and forward before I start talking to the dealer about a purchase. This is the way I buy cars and every other major purchase. I want to be a well educated customer and I cannot be an educated customer until the 2019 build site is up and running.

I agree being well educated on exactly what you want in a boat is wise and smart when working a deal, however patience is far more valuable.

But like you said, you have options.

I had the same dilemma with the website not being up and ended up just having to trust Skiers Choice on my 2019 Helix. I knew I wanted all white but when I found out the graphic was available I took their word for it on how they thought it would look great. Overall I'm super happy with how it turned out! My dealer wasn't great with finding stuff out for me from Moomba even after I put down my deposit. However I was able to get quick answers from Skiers Choice. Unfortunately someone messed up and forgot my pop up cleats so I'll have to let my dealer install them which scares me some. Anywho I just finished breaking her in and can't wait to ride!

Engineering at a small boat manufacturer is greater than marketing. I say that is a good thing.

Considering most that are ready to order are going into the winter. Not sure why the rush.

Also you get discounts at the boat shows over the winter.

yup it is,
1) they give the SE a 1.72 transmission and a stock 450 , When you build a Sl and get the 450 you get a 1.5 transmission and you are at almost the same price as a SE, so why would anyone who needs the 450 buy a SL?
2) would be nice to get regular vinyl too . I know MC has problems with there cool vinyl and Nautique experimented and wouldn't use it because of durability issues. In 2018 the vinyl had a one year warranty , hopefully the make warranty longer incase there is issues with it.

other than that it looks awesome

Damn I need to proof read my posts, LOL!
Having the option for colored lettering I think would go pretty far for most ordering boats. Me a white on white would rock for sure! But lets say like posted above a Ferrari inspired boat would look really good with yellow letters for that build. All black with red letters would be crazy to see on a MOOMBA. Just another item to raise the price of boats...

Domed numbers does custom insets so that you can add colours to you lettering.
