Greetings all, I have an 06 LSV and it would appear that my remote oil filter hoses are weeping oil?? Anyone else encounter this issue??

At the cap end? Is there an o ring there?

The hose itself seems to be weeping oil??

Do you get water in your bilge? Does the hose lay on the bottom of the bilge? If so, it's probably just oils in the water that make it feel greasy.

No the oil line from the filter doesn't lay in the bilge, it connects to the engine where the normal oil filter location would be. It seems to be similar to the high pressure oil lines on Chevy trucks that tend to weep oil??

Had the same problem when I had my Supra. Take the hoses off and go to a hydraulic hose company and get new ones. Problem solved.

Had the same problem with a 2006 Outback V and was able to get a replacement set from my local dealer. Believe they had to call Indmar to get the right part number (which I can't find). Believe the replacement set was about $120. May be cheaper to have a set made as previously mentioned.
