water trapped between floor and hull

I have a 2001 outback ls open bow. when skiing or wakeboarding all is good. If I pull tubers and am doing s turns back and forth, water starts showing up at the observers seat. Seems to trapped in the floor,hull, stringer system. Is this a know problem and what steps should I do to correct it ?

Yes, this is a known issue. There's a thread around here with some details about cutting a circular hole in the bottom of the ski locker, vacuuming out the water, then installing an access cover over the hole.
