2006 Mobius LSV perfect pass and ballast concerns

We purchased a 2006 Mobius this past weekend. First opportunity is perfect pass is working but the display keeps going out it stays lit up just no numbers shown it comes and goes. I have a (2nd) opportunity with this boat as well. The ballast system has (2) rear sac in the lockers and 1 sac in center locker. It seems that the drain port or motor for (1) of the sacs is not working. Has anybody played around with removing all (3) pumps and replacing with bigger ones?

For the perfect pass look in the link, I'm fairly sure that's the manual for your unit. Look at condition #5, sounds like what's going on with yours.

As for the pumps, Wakemakers makes a kit to upgrade to reversible pumps.

Also you should install a bag in the nose if you plan on surfing and get a wake shaper too. Good luck and have fun!

The stock drain pumps are usually Rule 700 pumps and kind of hard to find. A fantastic replacement is a Tsunami 1200. Wakemakers carries them but I have even seen them at Walmart. You may need an adapter to get to the stock 3/4" drain hose.
