2006 Moomba Outback Fat Sack

Everyone,
Hopefully some of you can help a little. Just bought a 2006 Moomba Outback 3 weeks ago. Just now was able to test the fat sack under the bench seat. Turn the fill pump on and sounded like it was working but was filling the sack super super slow. Any suggestions?????

Ours will sometimes get kind of stuck on the side of the boat. We have had to hold it off a bit every once in awhile to get good suction.
