Hey fellas. Any trick to replacing the fuel filter on my 07 LSV? Very easy to get at. Just wondering about some sort of air lock when I take it off or a stream of gas that I can’t stop?
Any help is very appreciated.
Richard.

Just be ready for a good splash of gas to dribble out from the hose. Lots of rags and a plastic bag should do it.

very easy to do. just use some rags or something to catch what drips when you disconnect. No pressure in the line.

Disconnect your negative battery terminal, the starter is right there and if you tap it right youll make sparks. Other than that nothing special, just did mine yesterday and there wasnt even much fuel. i laid a towel down just to be safe.

Though I am sure it has been done by now. Use vise grips or similar to pinch the fuel lines when changing the filter to minimize fuel spillage.
