Finally pulled the trigger on a new Acme 1615 prop, should be here today. At 14 1/2" diameter, it won't fit without hitting the trailer - no problem, needed to put some TLC on the bunks anyways. My boat has had a previous life of being in less than fresh water 100% of it's life and while steps were taken to adapt to that (closed cooling upgrade, galvanized trailer), several items have not fared a rust free life - the bunk hardware to highlight as one example. It really is amazing the use of cheap hardware translates to it rusting, then migrating to the steel galvanized supports of the trailer - supports that probably would not have rusted if the hardware held up. Moral? Don't cut corners!
New prop comes today via UPS, any suggestions removing the old prop? 2 jaw puller? Fabricate prop puller from C-Clamp? I assume it will be on there pretty good, appears to be original prop.
Sorry for the dark pictures, was burning the midnight oil last night. Method of lifting and look at all that prop clearance!!!

Check your bunk bolts!!!

I didn't really want to redo the bunks and carpet since the carpet was in good shape. The old mounting holes were toast though so I offset my spacers forward 2" which helped move the bunks rearward on the trailer 2" and helps with the interference with the auxiliary bunks at the bow.
