We have a 2015 moomba mojo and I'm having a tough time dialing in the wake. I only seem to get push right off the swim platform. This is what we are running now.

Stock front ballast

Upgraded rear ballast #1140 on both sides

One driver

One rider

Surf tab in the second position

We also have a swell wake creator, I have tried with and without it.

Any feedback would be appreciated! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180518/c9757d845cf8ba97d4b04ce84d063766.jpg

Id drop bow weight. (But i think it's an unpopular opinion)

The angle is important. Seems skiers choice agrees .... based on the function of autowake.

Try 100 surf, 80 non surf, 40-50 bow ... then play with adjusting speed and bow weight from there.

As more people fill the cockpit, you may find you need more bow weight.

That sounds like more than enough weight. I've surfed on boats with way less weight. How deep is the water you're riding in?

Check speed against a gps. Also, just making sure you are using the tab on the opposite side you want to surf on?

Last would be a little more lean to surf side for that boat.

What’s the total weight your trying to surf with, no percentages

Nice color scheme by the way, my 2013 is the exact same.

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk1140 on both rear compartments. Stock ballast of 400 in the front. Only a driver.

Total weight around 2680 in ballast weight, half tank of gas, 150# driver.

^what he said. Invest in more ballast. At minimum I’d get the bow sac, ideally I’d also suggest either buy the larger 1450s for the rear or pick up someone’s left over stock 600s and plumb them online with your rear 1100s.

I was having the same issue as you before I did all of this. I’m running 3800-4000lbs depending on how full you believe you can get bags and my 2013 surfs great. I believe your hull is updated which I’m guessing would only enhance the wave.

1100s are fine in the rear, the middle tank is 500 pounds. Add bow weight. Refer to my comments in your other post about this. This is running around 4100 pounds total with 3 people in boat. 27048

Need more weight. Looks like you fell out the back from no push. Or is it pull?

Well, one, that's not me, 2 he was trying to spin and almost had it. The wave has power for days. Wish I had a pic of just me and my buddy it the other night. I've spent three seasons dialing and messing with this exact boat. 27049 27050

Only joking! I figured it was a trick.

Hahaha, it's all good. Gave me a chance to throw a couple more photos up. Those manual tabs work great if you weight the boat properly.

Thank you everyone for your help! Wave works great. Needed more weight in the bow.

Appreciate it.
