I was out for this first time this year and took a short video of the shaft seal dripping into the bilge. I was hoping to get some feedback on the actual drip rate and whether this looks like it's dripping too much? Any opinion is welcome, let me know if you can't access the video.

That is way to much water dripping, should be 1-5 drops every minute. Time to either tighten or repack and you could replace with the newer dripless shaft seal.

Stay away from the wax cord and get either graphite or Teflon cord. No dripping is necessary. I had a graphite cord in mine since 2003 and adjusted once.

At that rate I'd bet you're taking on too much water to leave the boat in the water for extended periods. A few drips per minute is ideal with a wax seal to ensure it doesn't overheat.

If you can snug up the packing nut a bit (hand tighten, IIRC), then you're good to go. That's all I had to do on mine. You might be in need of replacement packing though, unless the previous owner just didn't maintain it and it simply loosened up.

I assume there could also be leaking coming from the tubing that's tied down by the hose clamps? May need to tighten those as well?

This video looks like it's inline with what you've suggested Darter:
