2017 moomba mondo gauge never shows above 3/4full. Is this normal?

My 14 reads 3/4 when full. And when it reads close to empty I can only put about 25 gallons in. I just think of it as a large emergency reserve.

That doesn't sound normal. My gage goes full when full, haven't seen how much gas is left when its on empty.

I asked the dealer about it when I first got it. He said something about float or something moving around in empty tank while shipping. They would have to pull the tank pump to check it. It is a 4 hour round trip and I usually only do day trips to the lake so not a big issue for me.
