Just repaired a leaking muffler and was wondering what is this white pvc pipe beside the muffler?

Is it connected to anything? Weird. I don’t think it’s a normal part of the boat.

Yes it's called connected to a flexible hose at the back of the boat but I can't figure out what it is

No. Probably part of the blower fan unit.

That would be my guess. The flexible hose is only used for air/blower. Must be used to get the intake low in the bilge or something.
