I GOT A 2018 MOOMBA Craz when at a dead stop and wide open throttle the boat revs to 5,000 rpm then comes back down and takes off it has a 14.25 14.5 oj prop on it. is this normal for the Moomba boats other boats I had did not do this its like the boat is cavitating geared wrong or something.
