This seems counterintuitive. I push down on the controller, the plate goes down, which pushes the nose down, correct? Except pushing down and lowering the plate has the gauge show nose up. And vice versa. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180414/142f819463fbdafaea06d593ebcd1359.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180414/abcb93480f41bf20b7b996054014f9cb.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180414/1c1604895de1322b6a080c7597681f20.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180414/6348fa1be7b555f1e75a1c41789cbf18.jpg

Another question, does everyone's wake plate do a little dance when you turn the key on? The first needle movement is just it matching the position of the plate. Then it does a little down and up movement.

That’s working right from what I recall on my 2014 mojo.

Yes the "dance" at start up is normal. That is a system check that the controls are going through. As far as the gauge readout vs. up and down, that seems backwards to me as well.

Hmmm. Seems to me that plate up should be nose up while plate down should be nose down.

If anyone has access to their boat and can take a pic of the wire positions on the connector that plugs into the gauge, it would be very helpful. This is what mine looks like. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180415/0326a6ddf9b9c903f6d734df170e56e4.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180415/c04181792c697e07886fb66ef59c28fe.jpg

Maybe there is a polarity switch on the gauge. Check the back of for any switch. Does that wireing come from the steering colum lever or from the plate actuator ram?

Plate down causes more lift in the aft end and results in the bow going down like the wake plate guage picture shows. Something is connected backwards.

Now it's really acting up. The needle moves around on the bottom of the gauge now. I guess the upside is that it kinda points to the right indication that way.

It also retracts itself when I slow to a stop. Is that a feature of the computer or is that off too?
