Older Wetsound Tower Cans cut out at high volumes

The previous owner of my 2006 LSV installed large tower cans and an amp. When I turn up the volume on the stereo to about half volume, all the speakers (in boat and tower) cut out and don't produce any sound. I messed with the equalizer settings on the stereo head and that seemed to let me increase the volume a bit more, but they still end up cutting out? Could this be the system pulling too much power? Has anyone else run into these issues and have a solution?

Can be battery level, head unit or amp(s) setting since its effecting all the speakers, not just the tower speakers.

I had this problem in a car stereo 2 15 subs amp capacitor etc. past volume 25 the system would shut off no volume. Mine was a bad head unit
