Ballast don't auto drain need help

So I have a 2011 Moomba Mobius lsv and the ballast fill like normal you can watch the percentage gauge go up like it is should but when i empty them the center and left percentages drop from 100% to 90% to 0% and the pump stops. If I cycle the switch on and off it will empty for about 10 sec and I have to cycle the switches again and again it's a real pain in the you know what. They will eventually fully empty though. I messed with the times in the menu but it didn't help. I's there a bad sensor or something. Any help would be great.

does this only occur when draining? You don't have similar issue filling?

I had to replace the ECM on my Supra to fix a similar issue, pumps would only run for a short time and turn off, took over an hour to fill and longer to drain. $700 later problem solved.

This only happens when draining. When i cycle the switches the pumps run for 10 sec so i can still drain them in about 5 min thank god but i have to just sit there cycling.

try resetting timers first
