I'm not leaving. I've been very happy with this boat, but I bought it thinking I was still going to ski. All I've done this year is wakeboard, so I'm planning on getting an XLV next year.

is this boat good for wakeboarding and skiing? what are the wakes like?

For a vdrive, the skiing wake is great when there aren't many people in the boat. There's a little pop when you hit the wake, but not bad. With all the bags full and about 6 people in the boat, the wakeboard wake is good too. The problem I've had is when there is only 2 people in the boat, the wake is a little small for me. If you're looking for a crossover boat, you won't be disappointed with a V.
