Improves balance and muscle memory, just like an indo board except you can move in any direction. I use it to keep my leg strength, practicing spins 180, walking to goofy and back, body virials, Shuvs. You can practice pumping too. If you want to improve your surfing skill get one or some sort of balance board.

I got my wife one of these for Christmas. She loves it! So do I and the kids. Great thing to have for a family that spends the summer on the boat. Really is great for core strength and balance- a key to wakesurfing
